Reviewed Chicken-and-Cheese Enchiladas
"This is by far the best enchilada recipe I have ever made! The sauce made from scratch is so good, I can't ever buy canned sauce again. Out of all of the Food Network magazine recipes I have tried, I have made this one over and over. So easy and so delicious! I even trade out flour tortillas for corn ocationally.
