This was a wonderful recipe! I followed the recipe exactly except I used 2 pouches of tuna and not canned.

I was looking for a new way to use all of my basil and tomatoes from the garden, and this was it. I used pesto I already had from the day before so I don't know about her recipe for it.
I did notice that if you use really, really ripe tomatoes, that it can get a bit 'soupy'. But we just put it on some toasted Italian...”
