Excellent! Although I will agree with others that the 45 min is too low, I know for a fact that I always make this with refrigerated meat and therefore needs to get to 155 from a very low temp, so I just go by the thermometer instead of the time. I know not everyone has a thermometer, but please take into consideration the temp of the raw meat....
