Wow, super good! A much fancier version of the "hotdish" I grew up eating. I left out some salt and glad I did. It was a little peppery for my kids but we added some sour cream to theirs and that did the trick. Made it creamy too. I'd cut back on the pepper next time, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and it was a great meal on a cold, gray...
