Reviewed Grilled Smoked Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze

"I didn't think it was bad. I didn't use smoked chops b/c I'm not a fan of smoke flavor. I added salt and pepper before I marinated the chops for 2 hours. Next time I will add more hot pepper and possibly some minced garlic. Flavors were very subtle... my husband loved it but I prefer something with a little more bang. Will be making again. I"

Reviewed Orecchiette with Turkey Sausage and Broccoli Rabe

"It was okay. There seemed to be something missing although I followed the recipe exactly, with a couple exceptions.... I added a small grated onion, 6 cloves of garlic, salt and black pepper and hot italian sausage. I had to add more cheese because it tasted bland."

"I cannot imagine anyone saying this soup is flavorful. This soup is extremely bland but a great jumping off point. A little onion, chopped carrots and celery, spinach and parm cheese and now you have a great tasting soup.
