"We love these! My extended family is falling in love with them too, one by one! I don't usually carry parchment paper in the house so I just use tin foil. There is a bit of sticking to that, but not very much and it does make clean up easier than nothing. For us, we like a bit of extra cayenne. We make two batches at a time and add 4tsp cayenne instead of the 2.5 called for by the recipe. Nice heat and I find it nicely offset by the sugar so it's not too much for us. I believe it's more akin to waxed paper without the wax) so I just use tin foil. There is a bit of sticking to that, but not very much and it does make clean up easier than nothing.
