I was very impressed with the flavor! I read the reviews about some saying its bland or missing something. I used Ancho Chili powder, not sure if that makes a difference from regular chili powder. I literally just had my first bite! Deeeelish!!!! I used convection @ 325 for 17 min. I used the recommended scoops and got 12 cookies They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The outer edge kinda reminds me of a soft biscotti-if there is such a thing LOL! Makes me think, what else can i throw in there instead of the mint-snicker...
