Made this via a mortar and pestle. It was delicious. Made this with a blender. It was delicious. The blender version stayed emulsified a lot longer than the mortar and pestle version. Either way, it's definitely worth a try. I love garlic so it works for me with eight cloves. I also made sure the olive oil was super quality.
