Reviewed Peach-Almond Upside-Down Cake
"The recipe step one does not work, so I add another teaspoon of butter and substituted 1/4 of the sugar with brown sugar and crumbled it up in bottom of the pan. This worked fine, while cooking it cooks into the juices of the peach and thickens....the finished cake is so good! "
