The cheese gummed up and just became a stringy clump! It refused to melt. I used 1% milk since that's what I had in the house....this recipe was an epic fail! It didn't look at all like what it looked like on the episode!

This soup was fantastic! Only did a couple of changes....I used a 19 oz can of beans so I pureed a full cup. I cut up chunks of parmesan, I think 6 total cubes and let those melt into the soup instead of the rind. I saw this one this morning & it looked delicious...well it was! Made it for lunch which was perfect on a cold and rainy day... It had great flavor (I used organic carrots) and two extra cloves of garlic (we are huge garlic fans). It seemed to be just missing something but not quite sure what yet but still is fantastic...."

These are delicious! Very easy to make. I did 1 cup of panko, 1/2 sweetened coconut flakes and 3 Tbsp flour. I think next time I will drizzle with a little olive oil for a more golden color. I'm not sure if I screwed it up. My fish completely fell apart and seemed very "wet" even though I padded it down dry. The flavor was good and even tried it with frozen fries (which turned out awesome). I used Sam Adams Boston Lager. It wasn't as crispy on the outside as I thought it would be. I will probably try again and see if it will come"
