Again, Rachael Ray makes me a rockstar! Pork chops were amazing, cooked just right - kept heat high, and the apple sauce was sweet and multi-dimensional. Family loved it, even my son who does not eat pork loved it. Terrific!!"

What a great, simple recipe! I used 2 tsp of kosher salt, and I still think it is a little too salty, however, I put it on chibatta rolls with thick slices of heirloom tomatoes, arugula and hamburger with cheese - absolutely divine, made the burgers taste new and fresh, Thank you Ina for showing me how to make something so elegant, so simply!!"

My family absolutely loved it, I avoided making this recipe because of the mushroom soup, but I needed a quick dinner and this fit the bill. I did not use house seasoning, just some salt with meat, but added some worsteshire sauce when I added the meat back. Very easy and tasty, and did not mind the thin sauce, it coated the noodles very well!!...

The recipe was perfect. I did not grille, I broiled them in the oven, 12 min each side as my pork chops were about 1.5 in thick. I used italian bread for the stuffing and it worked well. I cut the salt in the brine to about 1/4 cup and it was fine, the chops were very tender. My husband loved this dish and felt it was pretty gourmet for a Monday...

Reviewed Chicken with Cocoa Tomato Sauce

Nov 9, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

Excellent! Always looking for something to do with chicken, using cocoa powder gave the sauce a lovely complexity. Don't forget to use the sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomatoes. I served this over rice pilaf and my family loved how tender the chicken was. It went together very fast. Will definitely make it again!!!
