Reviewed Squash Soup
"I made this for a bridal shower and everyone was asking for the recipe. It was a big hit and tasted great. I added sauteed onion and carrots to the broth and left out the minced ginger. I had to adjust the squash-to-broth ratio because it was too thick. Next time I think I'll peel the squash before roasting it because I'm too impatient to let it cool. Thanks Alton!
