Reviewed Mum's Everyday Red Lentils
"Amazing! I used split red lentils and it cut down the cooking time. The tempering oil took me a couple takes to finally get it right, but once I got it, it was worth it!! Huge hit, and even better the next day. Served with chicken tikka masala and naan! This will be a "go to" recipe from now on. "
Reviewed Green Bean Casserole
"Like many of the other reviewers I reduced the butter, cheese and fried onions. I doubled the green beans and mushrooms (I used shitake and everyone loved them). I also put the beans in a bowl of cold water after I made them for about a minute to prevent them from getting mushy. It was a hit and I'll definitely be making this again."
"This meatloaf is delicious! I added extra onion and red and green pepper. Easy if you put it in a loafpan and then flip it onto a pan with parchment paper and then bake...easier clean up! This is a favorite at my house!""
Reviewed Quick Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
"Quick and Simple! Don't add the whipped cream until you are actually serving it, otherwise it gets runny!""

"Easy and Tasty!""
Reviewed Sesame Green Beans
"Very easy and so delicious, I may decrease the crushed red pepper next time it had quite the kick. I will be making these again!""
