Reviewed angelo's great texas bbq

Jan 12, 2015 on

The sign out front says "Great Texas Bar-B-Que," and they're not lying. I don't know if I'll ever get a chance to go back to Angelo's, but I certainly hope so.

I chopped up about 13oz of ham and 12oz of Swiss cheese. Using about double the requisite amount of filling, I made 30 ravioli and still had about half of my filling left over. Tomorrow it's...

Reviewed Country-Baked Ham with Bourbon Molasses Glaze

This recipe is great. Even better, it's really simple to make. This was my first ham, and I think it was a good choice. I did add about a cup of brown sugar to the glaze, which I think helped."
