My Activity

Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

"I followed everything in this recipe to the tee. I used Taste of Thai red curry paste. A must for this recipe. It was so good. A seafood market is the best place to get the fish because some places do not carry it year round."

Reviewed Portuguese Pineapple Picando Burger

"Definately different. I ate the pinapple for dessert by itself. My mixture made 6 patties. The sauce tasted weird alone, but combined with the sandwich, it was really good "

Reviewed Sweet Potato Oven Fries with Avocado Dip

"these were delicious. I put them in the oven at 425 degrees and none of them burnt. The dip was okay, there are other avocado dips on FN that are better. :) winner "

Reviewed Red Pepper Hummus with Toasted Pita Triangles

"I used roasted red bell peppers that come in a jar to save the hassle. I also halved the tahini because I do not like a lot in my hummus. It tasted great :) "

Reviewed Sofrito Mashed Potatoes

"i used an organic mixture for the tomato sauce (which had some basil etc spices in it), My boyfriend does not like mashed potatoes, so this was a nice alternative :) "

Reviewed Salmon Baked in Foil

"I used a can of flavored tomatoes. I use a 1 1/2 salmon fillet and baked in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes. My boyfriend really liked this and his parents make great salmon. Easy clean up. I used fresh herbs :) "

Reviewed Chicken Satay Stir-Fry with Orange Scented Jasmine Rice

"For the sauce, it needs to be doubled. I used the juice of both oranges to loosen the sauce. I also used coconut oil instead and this was truly a hit. My boyfriend liked it. It does take longer than 30 minutes, but if you buy the already cut veggies at the grocery store, it does not take long at all"
