"i mae this for easter and it was quite yummy! as for the butter in the icing, it depends on where you look as to what the recipe says (here 2 sticks, the websites of paula and her sons both say 1 stick). buttercreams can go either way, but i decided with the sugar amount to use 2 sticks of butter. the icing was thick yet fluffy, sweet yet tart."
