"This was a wonderful brunch casserole. I did add one middle layer of the pecan crunch, was sweet enough that most of my guests selected not to use the maple syrup. My family wants this one every holiday! This last time I made 2 casseroles, which left quite a bit for freezing. I cut into squares, froze them individually, and we just pull it out""
