"These cookies were excellent! Do not change anything about them, all of the ingredients went together perfectly-the hazelnuts, the heath bars, sugars, YUM!!!! My family ate 3 batches of them in just a few days, they LOVED them. These are probably some of the best cookies that I have ever made. However, one thing to consider when buying ingredients for this recipe. Try to find already shelled hazelnuts as shelling them with a nutcracker is a pain. I made the mistake of buying nuts with the shells still on them (I had never cooked with hazelnuts and was not very familiar with them) and it took a big effort to crack all of the nuts. Some small pieces of the hard shells actually got in the cookies accidentally! Uh-oh...! But other than that, they were great! MAKE THEM! You won't be sorry.
