Reviewed Dried Cherry and Almond Biscotti

"The biscotti tasted 'out of this world', however, when I started slicing the logs, many of the slices ended up crumbling to small pieces. I let them cool a bit longer, tried a different type of knife for slicing, but still had the same results. I couldn't take them to the event I had intended to, but my family gobbled up the bits and pieces of the 'biscotti' just the same.
Since this was my first time making biscotti, I followed the recipe exactly. I didn't see this problem mentioned in any of the other reviews -- any suggestions or ideas??
