"I have been looking at this for a while now and finally made it. Although I didn't listen to comments about the sauce. Since we are all extra sauce fans I doubled up and it was not necessary. My husband and son's only complaint....make more next time! It is a recipe keeper and will be making again this week. Easy too."

Reviewed Chicken Stew

"Both of my guys loved it. It will be made again. I did make modifications but not many. I used extra carrots and left out the beans because the others don't like beans. I only used crushed tomatoes in a can and came out just fine. It is a keeper! Great for making ahead and keep in fridge until later on and it is all done...fabulous"

Reviewed Crab Cakes with Spicy Cream

"I substituted salmon for crab. I baked salmon with olive oil salt and pepper for 20 minutes on 350. Waited for it to cool and followed the recipe. My husband and I both thought it was awesome and will make again. Plus we thought our kids would like it too!"
