Amazing!! This is the best soup I have ever made at home. I like to only puree 3/4 of the soup because I like have texture of some leek and potato pieces. Pay attention to cooking times and what you are accomplishing, because I used small red potatoes diced so they cooked way faster and I removed after 20 minutes once my potatoes were soft. Also, "
