Reviewed Dry Aged Prime Rib Roast

Well, I wussed out last night. I've been aging this roast and was supposed to cook it on Xmas Eve, but it was smelling up my fridge. I was getting scared that I'd be serving rotten meat to all my guests. The ends of the roast were looking brownish. And did I mention that everytime I opened the fridge all I smelled was going-bad meat? So I cooked...
