Reviewed Grandma Yearwood's Coconut Cake with Coconut Lemon Glaze

This cake was delicious. I had no trouble getting it out of the pan but I think the trick is to use a tube pan with the removable center. I greased and floured it well and then after it cooled about 10 minutes I pulled the center tube out, ran a knife around the bottom and inverted the cake on a plate. It looked beautiful and got rave reviews. "
