Excellent Crab Cakes. However, I am allergic to bell peppers so I deleted them the first time I made these, that time they turned out a little bland. But, WOW!!!!!, the next time I substituted finely diced sweet carrots. WOW!!!!!!, sure improved the flavor, now my family requests them all the time.
