Reviewed Yeast Doughnuts

"Fabulous! Off the chain, etc....

These were light and delicious, not sure why someone said they were tough.

I too did not have a scale to measure out the flour. I just kept adding until the dough pulled away from the pan and it worked out fine.

"Fabulous!!!!! They were light and fluffy, though I prefer a crispier waffle, these had a great flavor. I will definitely make them again.

About Me

I have always loved to cook ever since I was a little girl in the kitchen with my grandfather who was my inspiration to be a great cook.  I am not quite sure why I didnt go to Culinary school and become a chef. I have worked in many restaurant kitchens and loved the work. Now I teach Social Work to graduate students and it is fun, but cooking is my first love.

Favorite Foods

I love cooking southern food with a gourmet touch. French country-side is also appealing. Essentially, comfort foods with a twist.

I am famous for cooking soups, all kinds. I love creating new soups as well. I rarely follow a recipe as this is where I am most creative.

 

My favorite restaurant?- too many to name. I love Cuban and French food the most.
