My family loves this pasta. I usually use a whole pint of tomatoes. Also, I use west coast albacore tuna instead of the Italian tuna, since it is overfished. The tuna can be either water or oil packed; if water packed, just add a little extra EVOO.

This was very good. As many have already said, 1T each of oil and butter was sufficient. I sprinkled chives on top instead of adding more oil, which was not needed. I cooked an overlapping layer of potatoes for a few minutes on the stove top, then another 10 or so minutes in the oven before adding the fish.
