"I've been trying all sorts of salmon recipes from this site to convert my husband to eat fish, especially salmon, so this sounded interesting. We both found this recipe pretty boring. It is very healthy but not enough layers of flavor for our palate."

"Delicious!!! Was looking for a recipe to use up leftover ham from Easter. I followed the recipe except added more ham, potato, mushroom like the previous reviewer. Roasted everything at 400 degrees and didn't use the convection oven then baked the filled quiches at 350 for 50 minutes. My husband is still raving about dinner and isn't the bigges"
