A yummy, easy, must-try recipe! Amazing crispiness and flavor. Instead of premixing the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, and garlic powder), I seasoned each piece of chicken with each ingredient individually before coating with the egg/sauce. This way, I could control the amount of salt that I used. Awesome recipe! Thanks again, Paula!"

Very easy and extremely delicious! Based on other reviews, I added a lot less salt. They were perfect! I made this recipe twice; one time allowing the crab mixture to "set" in the fridge for 30 min - the second time for a few hours. It did not make any difference. I love this recipe! Thanks, Paula!"
