These were pretty good but I was skeptical using the processed Hersey's syrup. So I did swap in an organic chocolate syrup but I think using melted real chocolate would have been much better. If we are capable of melting chocolate for the ganache then we could certainly have used real chocolate in the cupcakes. They turned out chewy like brownies...

Excellent and so easy to make but I agree with the others the balsamic (even using great quality stuff) wasn't really a noticeable taste. I would use a little more next time and see how it turns out.

Fantastic and so easy to make. Made a double batch this year and sent it out in my Holiday care packages. The only thing I learned (and it was my mistake) is to go easy on the salt. Even easier than you think.....

Reviewed Pancetta and Cinnamon Waffles

Great taste and texture. It was great to start with the Belgian Waffle Mix and make it better with the pancetta, cinnamon, etc. We're a family of 3 so this recipe made enough for both Saturday and Sunday morning. Thanks Giada.
