I usually love what Alton Brown makes but this was the most overly complicated, overly flavored meatloaf I have ever had. We did not enjoy it at all. Between the garlic and the cayenne pepper and the chili powder and the cumin there was way too much going on here. I guess were are simpletons when it comes to meatloaf.
