My Activity

Reviewed Lemon Yogurt Cake

"Super quick, super easy, delicious! I did change the recipe a bit based on other reviews. I replaced the oil with butter, replaced the vanilla with a 1/4 tsp. lemon oil and added 1/4 tsp. dried thyme. I didn't use the glaze or simple syrup, and I didn't miss it. Wonderful with lemon curd. "This was a huge success! Lovely, refreshing, light dessert for a mexican meal. I put a scoop of mango sorbet with it. Will definitely go into summer dessert rotation.""

Reviewed Roasted Salmon with Green Herbs

"Fantastic dish! I cooked the salmon on the grill instead of using the oven and it was delicious. Definitely will make this again.""

Reviewed Baked Goat Cheese with Caramelized Onion, Garlic and Mission Figs

"Absolutely delicious recipe. I prefered the figs and onions in smaller pieces, so I large-diced the figs and sliced the onions and then cut them into thirds. I thought it was easier to eat. I agree with previous reviews that stated you could reduce the goat cheese from 2# to 2-11 oz. logs. Would definitely make this again.
