"I agree that while the main part of the cheesecake was delicious, the topping left something to be desired. Mine was brown, bubbly and all-around ugly. It didn't taste bad, but the look was unappealing. I definitely think something was missing; maybe more sour cream is needed to make this right. I'll definitely try it again, but I think I'll play around with the topping.
