"ps...always use unsalted butter in cooking that way you can controll the salt. Keep in mind that Kosher salt is not as "salty" as iodized and sea salt. Had this at a dinner party last night! YUM! Can't wait to make it!

"Ina's roasted chicken is always wonderful. This time I shoved some rosemary into the bird as well...I threw some baby carrots, new potatoes, big chunks of sweet onion with more garlic, butter chunks and a little chicken stock..just to cover the bottom of the pan. It's smelling tooooooooooo yummy!
PS: "LAZERBROWNIE_13"...what cream? there's no cream in the recipe.
