I wonder if the lemon meringue pie recipe this is based on had 3 extra large egg yolks put into the filling, that would probably help in the setting. I think it's missing from this recipe.

I have made these before and they were always perfectly wonderful; however, trying to cut down on sugar, I used Truvia this time. They turned out sticky, and stayed sticky; I was disappointed, so next time I will use real sugar--maybe that should be noted on the recipe."
