Reviewed Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice
"I cut the recipe in half as well. I used the juice and zest of one whole lime. I liked the flavor but could be overpowering to some so it wouldn't hurt to cut back on the juice a bit. I also had to use about two cans of chicken broth to get the rice cooked. I thought it was deliscious!"
Reviewed Fried Rice with Egg
"This was my first attempt at making fried rice and it was awesome! I took others' advice and cut the oyster sauce in half. I used shallots instead of scallions. Really great!!"
"GREAT salmon recipe! love it!"
Reviewed Chicken Dumpling Soup
"the dumplings are great! i would rather have this soup rather than a chicken noodle soup. i added more celery and green beans. omitted the barley too like many people. and i used 8 cups of broth. very good!!"
Reviewed Butternut Squash Risotto
"I really liked this! I also roasted my squash with olive oil, salt and garlic powder while the risotto was cooking. I did not use sage b/c I didn't have any and it still turned out great! If you like butternut squash soup, this is for you!"
Reviewed Breakfast Burrito
"I was looking for a more filing, yet healthy breakfast and this is it! I did the prep work the night before, except for cutting the avocado b/c i didn't want it to brown. I did not use the beans b/c I'm not a fan. It was very good!"
Reviewed Fiery Cajun Shrimp
"really deliscious! i skipped out on getting the french bread and i regret it now! great recipe"
"I baked it in a foil packet at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. My cut was a bit thick so that's why it took so long. Very good! "
