Reviewed blackberry jalapeno glazed pork tenderloin

Feb 26, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Great dish!! Tastes like something you would get in a restaurant. The sauce was awesome but I would add more than 2 jalapenos because I like a little more heat. I also had to use a little more cornstarch. I will be making this a regular.

Reviewed Garlic Cilantro Lime Rice

May 2, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I cut the recipe in half as well. I used the juice and zest of one whole lime. I liked the flavor but could be overpowering to some so it wouldn't hurt to cut back on the juice a bit. I also had to use about two cans of chicken broth to get the rice cooked. I thought it was deliscious!"
