Excellent! I used skinless and I got RAVE reviews from the hubs and I followed everything else exact EXCEPT, I added an extra clove of GARLIC :) YUMMY!!! My husband really liked it! So that's a HUGE win! It was spicy but not too spicy, could have even had more of the hot sauce! But it needed more salt and the sauce never really tightened up so it would need tweaking to make it again. I personally think the wine should be closer to 1/4 - 1/2 cup.

Ok if you are cooking with cast iron enamel do NOT put it on high! I'd recommend a stainless or non stick pan. The food was great! Totally worth adding to the go to recipes."

The cheese sauce was really loose and never really thickened up. My husband didn't like it. We threw out half the nachos b/c they were so soggy. Melted cheese is much better. I wanted this to be good, but it wasn't. "

Impressed! This is good stuff and it's perfect for holiday potluck or a family dinner. Made it with non-fat greek yougurt and 1/2 tsp less black pepper and it's so great!!!! It should only be made with sharp or extra sharp cheddar - you can really taste the flavor come through without having so much cheese or being super fatty with velveeta!
