Reviewed Chilled Asparagus Salad

This recipe gets rave reviews from me and my foodie roommate. I used rice wine vinegar and dijon mustard with seeds in it, since that was what I had on hand. I didn't peel the asparagus. Excellent for a quick side-dish or appetizer. The dressing would also be good on salad or a sauce for chicken or fish. "
