"I made this last night with a good quality ground beef(idk what the fat content was) regular bread crumbs with some grill master seasoning thrown into it. Instead of chives I bought sage and put it in there with everything else on the recipe. It was good but what made it the BOMB was the sauce. Instead of flour to thicken it up, like other reviewers. I put heavy cream! OMgoodness it was delish! It is a good base recipe that you can tweak to make your own.
