Reviewed Tilapia Foil Packets

"I made this as a side for Sunday dinner and it was the hit of the whole meal. Pancetta isn't cheap, but it was worth every penny, and easy to make! I don't like the taste of white wine so I used chicken broth, but other than that followed the recipe & LOVED IT. I actually have enough to make another batch for later this week."
