Excellent. If you can make this exactly as Ree says, do it. I, however, could not find the El Pato tomato sauce, so I bought a competing brand. It didn't seem to have a lot of flavor, so I dumped an entire envelope of fajita seasoning into the reaming sauce intended to drizzle on top. Bad idea - way too salty, but at least I tasted it before pouring...

There is a typo in the written recipe above - the "4" cups of water should be "2". This will probably solve your problem.

This would be a 5-star except for the salt - 2 teaspoons is way too much. Next time I'll cut it in half. Ina's method for grating the cuke and then squeezing out the liquid in paper towels is spot-on - works like a charm, and easy. With less salt, this is a definite keeper.
