My husband surprised me with this dish for dinner. Delicious!! He only used 6 cloves of garlic. Even our picky 16-year old ate every bite!

Reviewed Lamb Stew with Herbes de Provence

Great recipe! I made this with cubed leftover leg of lamb. Just added 1/4 tsp. each of all the herbs and spices (only 1/8 tsp. cayenne), and a slurry of 1 T. flour and 1/2 c. water to the broth to thicken it. Easy and delicious! Great use for leftover lamb.

Made this along with the potatoes and salad for Father's Day dinner. Everyone loved it. I've never made a chimichurri but I watched the episode of the show twice and Bobby's directions were so easy! I don't have a decent mortar and pestle so I made the red sauce in my small food processor, and it was sensational. Will certainly do this again!...
