"I wish I had read other cooks reviews of this recipe before making it so I would have made the adjustments they suggested. I followed the recipe exactly as written and oh wow what a disaster! I love garlic but 3/4cup just about blew my head off and way too much lemon juice. I will cook more garbanzo beans and try again. The first batch will go into some sort of soup so I do not waste the ingredients. Live and learn as I love Hummus so I will try again with some adjustments. "
