"Fabulous! Wonderful aroma therapy! My whole house smells like an Italian kitchen. I am not a fan of kale so I used fresh chopped spinach. I would imagine that pasta shells and zucchini would be good in this. The base seems right for a minestrone! This soup tastes great! Reminds me of soup that was made in a fancy restaurant.""
