"This was so good and easy to make. The dressing is very good, I used less oil and found it to be fine. I like the fact that you can add pretty much whatever you have or don't have on hand, I put in artichokes and cherry tomatoes. I would recommend either making just enough for one day or making more dressing as it quickly absorbs overnight.
