I thought this way okay, but it needed something more in terms of flavor. I also thought it was kind of expensive for what the finished product was. I don't think I would make it again, but it wasn't horrible either."

This was so good and easy to make. The dressing is very good, I used less oil and found it to be fine. I like the fact that you can add pretty much whatever you have or don't have on hand, I put in artichokes and cherry tomatoes. I would recommend either making just enough for one day or making more dressing as it quickly absorbs overnight.
