"I usually don't write reviews but these florentine meatballs turned out excellent! I didn't have any whole milk so I used 1/4 c of heavy whipping cream for the meatball mixture and 1 1/2 c combo of heavy whipping cream and my husbands lactose free milk for the sauce.
