Very good and quick dinner for weeknights. I used fresh corn cut off the cob and frozen lima beans. I also used Boar's Head Virginia Smoked ham slices from the deli, sliced thick and then chopped into bite size pieces. Everyone in my family loved this and I served with mashed potatoes and water rolls with butter. Very quick and easy but tastes...
