Reviewed Spinach and Bacon Quiche
"Yuuuummmmmmmy! I pre baked a frozen deep dish pie shell, used a combo of sharp cheddar and pepper jack, and tore the spinach into smaller bits before placing in the shell. It was phenomenal! Made it for a staff brunch, and it was quickly devoured! Did not alter the eggs, cream, or cooking time, and it turned out perfect!"
