I LOVE this recipe and have now made it several times. I'm planning on cooking it for Christmas Eve dinner, so does anyone have any ideas of prepping the day before and holding? I'm thinking - prep it to the stage of - browning beef, preparing duxelles/proscuitto, wrapping in cling wrap and refrigerating. Then on the day - prepare pastry, "
