Reviewed Lemon Curd Tart
"This is my first experience making a tart after I picked up a tart pan on sale a few weeks ago. I watched the chip of this tart made live on FN and hopped onto the website to make this that same night. I loved it! I slightly browned the crust too much, but it gave the tart a slight graham crackery taste. I didn't have an issues with the crust stic"
Reviewed Blueberry Crumb Cake
"I've just made this for a dinner party tomorrow night after buying some blueberries at the health food store the other day. I used a pint of blueberries and a tad extra sugar. The baking time took an extra 10-15 minutes for me, but not a problem otherwise. I made myself a portion to try before tomorrow and I absolutely loved it. I'm going to drizz""
Reviewed Southern Biscuits
"I consider myself an experienced home cook. However, I am not as skilled in breakfast as I would like to be, so I have never made biscuits before this. These were so fabulous, I am never going to buy store bought biscuits again. We are an organic family, so buying natural biscuits can be pretty pricey! I halved the recipe and paired them with home"
Reviewed Kicked-Up New Orleans Muffuletta
"I love Emeril for coming up with this winning recipe. The key to a good muffuletta is the olive mixture, the longer you let it sit, the better the sandwich. I have been to New Orleans several times and going to Central Grocery for one of their muffulettas is a family tradition. We love their muffulettas so much, we've paid premium to have them shi"
Reviewed Key Lime Pie
"This was my first time making a key lime pie, but it will NOT be the last! I consider myself to be an experienced cook, but this recipe is simple enough even for a beginner. I used bottled key lime juice and added some lemon zest as well. I do recommend adding an extra Tbs or 2 of butter to the crust so it will come together better and I decreased the cooking time to prevent burning. I did forget to grease the pie pan, so the crust stuck to the bottom! We also kept it traditional, opting for whipped cream instead of the sour cream topping. LOVE THIS."
Reviewed Indian-Inspired Shrimp with Coconut, Chiles and Tomato
"Such a great dish! The ginger was a bit strong, so I will be decreasing the amt next time. I also added some black pepper, as its the favorite spice in my household. I loved the coconut milk, it gave the shrimp such a distinct flavor. Emeril has done it again, we will be keeping this recipe as a new favorite. "
Reviewed Bacon Braised Green Beans
"This was the perfect recipe to accompany steak and potatoes. The use of a dutch oven was a nice touch, but I wish I would have removed some of the bacon fat because they came out very greasy. I did let the green beans cook longer then listed, but only because I prefer them less crisp. I will definitely make again!"
Reviewed Banana Walnut Bread
"What a yummy moist bread! I was a bit skeptical about this recipe, just because the baking time seemed so long. The bread baked for the listed time and came out delicious. I added chocolate chips to the batter, just to give it another extra "flavor" (aka, i'm a chocoholic!). I have tried other recipes, but this one has the most flavor with the best texture. I "greased" a pyrex loaf pan with butter before cooking and once the loaf was done, there were bits of "crunchy" flavors around the loaf. Great job Food Network."
