Reviewed Mascarpone and Lemon Gnocchi

I made these and followed the recipe almost exactly - I only used the zest of one lemon instead of two. I let the water come to a simmer (very tiny boil) and when they rose, cooked them about 5minutes and they were not mush at all. Very delicious! Thanks Giada!"
